We believe that the preDoc questionnaire is more comprehensive than the Doctor phone call so it may capture something not discussed as part of your consultation. The responses you give to this questionnaire will be reviewed by clinicians and will be compared to Registrar’s report and if there are any discrepancies, this will be reported to your consultant.
